Our company

The company JC Global Service was founded in 2014 by the collaboration of technicians from experiences in the most important companies operating in the construction of machinery and equipment for the drilling of the subsurface (geotechnical research-consolidation-water-cement injections high-pressure etc.).

The production focuses on three specific areas:

  • Construction of equipment for mixing and injection of bentonite mud and cement mixtures
  • Construction of machines for the drilling of the subsoil with variable torque from 2000 Nm to 20000 Nm in various versions (crawler-on-sled-erecting stations,microtunnel)
  • Construction of equipment and wear parts such as drill-pipe-lining-shoes-fitting crowns-platelet-toothed turbine mixers for-etc.

Our Technical Department, taking advantage of the most advanced systems design, is able to meet the most varied demands inherent in the drilling of the subsoil; seeing our gallery you can see the realization of very special machines built for the marine sector.

OUR PRODUCTS

MIXING AND GROUTING UNITS

  1. Turbomixer

    For preparation of colloidal cement grouts, such mixers consist of a tank with inlet for feeding of sand, cement or bentonite powder.

    A 2-way valve can either deliver the ready mix to the stirrer or recycle it through a tangential pipe, this inducing a strong vortex tha does improve the properties of the colloidal mix.

    A special antiwearing cast iron turbine is provided at the bottom of the tank and driven by electric motor.

  2. Stirrer

    Purpose of this equipment is that to stock the cement mix.

    Two stirring paddles provide to maintain in suspension the solid particles and to eliminate the air pockets.

    Contained in the mix. Such paddles are rotating trough electric gear motors transmission.

  3. Grout pump

    This is an equipment used to execute soil consolidation by grouting.

    It works with the grouting and mixing plants and it takes power by the main power pack. It can grout any fluid mixed by turbomixer and stocked inside stirrer. We can supply a great range of equipment.

    They assure high reliability and high productivity because they are the only ones in market to have the piston rod and the cylinder with an high thickness of hard chrome.

  4. Diesel mixing plant MP/D series

    The MP/D series mixing plants really proved, particularly well-chosen, thanks to reduced investiment and operating costs and assembly times cut down to a minimum.

    Weight and reduced space guarantee an easy transport: the skid is suitable for a road transport.

    The MP/D mixing plants are available in lots of configurations complete of centralized control board. They assure high productivity.

  5. Electric mixing plant MP/E series

    The MP/E series mixing plants really proved, particularly well-chosen, thanks to reduced investiment and operating costs and assembly times cut down to a minimum.

    Weight and reduced space guarantee an easy transport: the skid is suitable for a road transport.

    The MP/E mixing plants are available in lots of configurations complete of centralized control board. They assure high productivity.

  6. Mix-102 bentonite mud mixer

    Our bentonite mud mixers are the best in field of jet grouting technique. They are realized on firm, but at the same time lightweight and fuctional structure, they allow an high bentonite mud production rate per hour.

    Its dimensions fit to man-high to make easy every work without taking any scale an allowing to work on safety. There are three models of the plant: the MIX-102-D with a Diesel motor permit a long time work self-contained; the MIX-102-E is the natural version with electric motor of the previous model; finally,

    the MIX-102-EA is an automatic tireless plant with a very high production rate per hour thank to the linking up possibility to a stocking tower silo.

MICRO-DRILLING AND GEOTECHNICS MACHINES

  1. Micropiles

    Hydraulic crawler drill designed for civil engineering, able to execute micropiles and anchors.

    Special versions allow to operate inside buildings and in any case in confined spaces while maintaining high features.

  2. Geothecnics

    Hydraulic crawler drills designed for geotechnical investigations, surveys and exploratory wells.

    Their compactness and the relevant power, allow operation comparable to larger machines.

  3. Truck-mounted drilling rigs

    Hydraulic and versatile drilling rig, installed on truck.

    Suitable for nucleos destruction rotary drilling, auger, coring and dynamic Penetrometer SPT device.

  4. Excavator attachments

    Hydraulic drilling rigs installed on hydraulic crawler excavator used mainly for micropiles and anchor drilling.

  5. Microtunneling

    The microtunnelling is a no dig technology to push, suitable for the installation of new pipelines, which allows tunnel crossings of roads, railways, waterways, areas with environmental protection, etc. without the need of realization of trench excavations.

  6. Pipe jacking

     

    The push tube also called pipe jacking is a no dig technology consisting of a horizontal drilling unguided followed pipe piling (locking tube or jacket tube).

    Like all the no dig technology allows the installation of underground pipelines without performing open pit excavations.
    The push tube technology is similar to microtunnelling but differs from this due to the absence of a drilling  head placed on the drilling head and for the fact that the excavation can not be directed.
